Me queda claro, con el pésimo servicio que tienen. No es posible que el gerente de la sucursal, que es cuello de botella para más de la mitad de las transacciones, se desaparezca y paralice los trámites de los clientes.
Update: el gerente se fue por su desayuno, ya regreso con su comida empacada y se encerró. Espero que no lo tenga que esperar para desayunar también.
"Banorte is not there for you to love ..."
It is clear to me, with the terrible service they have. It is not possible for the branch manager, who is a bottleneck for more than half of the transactions, to disappear and paralyze the procedures of the clients.
Update: The manager left for his breakfast, returned with his packed lunch and locked himself in. I hope you don't have to wait for breakfast too.
