Deberian atender segun como los clientes llegan, que seria lo mas lógico y obvio como en cualquier lugar. En vez de eso, atieden segun las capacidades y aptitudes de los asesores. No me atendió una asesora diciendome que eso no le tocaba a ella despues de reclamarle por hora y media de espera. I find his attention and waiting system quite unfair. Universidad resuelve rápido, amablemente e incluso en cajas se da la atención del servicio al cliente, que en otras sucursales sólo lo hacen en los módulos.
