Terrible service. They have us all out and there aren't even executives. I understand the contingency but if one has to come it is because of their bad practices. .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio se me perdió mi tarjeta de nómina y no tenía activa la banca electrónica quise realizar ambos servicios y me dijeron que ese trámite solo me lo podía realizar la sucursal promotora tuve que acudir hasta Santa Fe donde me dieron un excelente servicio y me dijeron que en cualquier sucursal podia realizar ambos trámites ... nefastos
My bad payroll card was lost and I didn't have active electronic banking I wanted to perform both services and they told me that this procedure could only be done by the promoter branch I had to go to Santa Fe where they gave me excellent service and they told me that at any branch I could perform both procedures ... ominous

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, solo hay 1 ejecutivo atendiendo y no te dan la información necesaria, espere mas de 1 hora y tuve que irme por que la sucursal ya la iban a cerrar.
Terrible service, there is only 1 executive attending and they do not give you the necessary information, I waited more than 1 hour and I had to leave because the branch was going to close.
