The worst bank in Banorte leaves much to be desired, they know that there are many people and they do not have staff and the security is all hysterical.The truth is, they should hire more staff and it has nothing to do with the pandemic, this always happens.

If I could put 0 stars I would put them, terrible service, all the staff is disrespectful and do not respect shifts, they pass their friends without a shift jumping the entire line, I will definitely change banks BANORTE IS THE WORST

Terrible service especially by the door lady Sandra Isabel Aceves Marquéz the whole day is in boxes, with the executive from desk 9 talking while they have us outside in the sun and they take more than 1 hour to pass us
