★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que mal servicio de este surcusal. No hay personel para atender la gente. Solo por depósito, tarde 2 horas dentro de banco. Mucha gente están parados porque ya no había sillas para sentarse. Espero que contratan más gente.
 What a bad service this surcusal. There is no personel to attend to people. Only by deposit, it takes 2 hours inside the bank. Many people are standing because there were no chairs to sit on anymore. I hope they hire more people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio y atención nefasto, tardas horas en ser atendido, mientras los ejecutivos hacen todos los trámites de la manera más lenta, se paran a hacer llamadas o a platicar con otras personas de la sucursal cuando hay muchos clientes en espera. Si pueden evitar venir aquí será lo mejor.
Nefarious service and attention, it takes hours to be attended, while the executives do all the procedures in the slowest way, they stop to make calls or talk with other people in the branch when there are many clients waiting. If you can avoid coming here it will be for the best.

The service is lousy, they never solve anything for you and apart from their ATMs they clone your cards, so waters when they withdraw cash from their ATMs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The good old bait and switch. Their sign showed their exchange rate was 20.1 peso per US dollar, but they refused to honor it and instead would only give me 19.5 peso per US dollar. When I showed the manager he told me the sign is wrong, and I retorted than you should correct it. He didn't. I'm only out a few peso but I hate being mislead.
