★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¿En verdad es un banco esto? esta plagado de vendedores de seguros de baja categoría, no hay educación suficiente entre sus empleados de escritorio (especialmente la primera que se encuentra en un escritorio a la entrada de la sucursal). Aunque debo de reconocer que el trato impecable brindado por parte del gerente le brinda otro par de estrellas a esta reseña, sus subordinados aún están en pañales en cuanto refiere a atención y servicio al cliente.
Is this really a bank? is plagued with menial insurance salespeople, there is not enough education among its desk employees (especially the first one to be found at a desk at the entrance of the branch). Although I must admit that the impeccable treatment provided by the manager gives another pair of stars to this review, his subordinates are still in their infancy when it comes to customer service and attention.
