Pésimo servicio, tardan años en atender y después de hacerte esperar más de 45 min, no te ayudan en nada porque se les "olvido" mencionarte información importante para hacerte el trámite. Es recurrente, una vez me dijeron al teléfono que fuera para activar mi app del banco y curiosamente no se pudo porque para mi tipo de cuenta no aplicaba. Otra que necesitaba ir a mi sucursal de origen para ese preciso trámite que me pidieron ir. No pueden dar esa información antes?? Ya voy a cerrar todas mis cuentas con este banco. Hoy me tocó que hasta una de las trabajadoras se dio cuenta y le pregunto a un señor que llevaba mas de una hora ahí que necesitaba porque no llamaban su ficha.

Hace seis meses uno de los cajeros automáticos de esta sucursal no me dio seis mil pesos que pedí retirar, pero sí registró el retiro. El reporte, después de 20 días, salió en contra del cliente (o sea yo)... El martes 14 de mayo del presente año, hice un depósito, a tarjeta, en este cajero y después del nip y pedir en dinero, el cajero se apagó y se "comió" mi dinero y mi tarjeta... La tarjeta me la expusieron, pero el dinero, como es su costumbre, la investigación falló contra el cliente (o sea yo otra vez)...

Terrible servicio. Llegue me dieron mi turno, la cajera me informa que para el pago que haría debería retirar el dinero de cajero, que fuera y no tomará turno. Salgo y al regresar el guardia me cierra la puerta en la cara porque ya eran las 4. La señora gerente con muy poco criterio no me permite la entrada y la cajera le hago señas para lo que me dice que espere pero en realidad nunca pensaba ayudarme. Aún había gente adentro y bueno me expusieron al traer dinero que estaba pensado para un pago. Lo terminé resolviendo con Banamex. Cuando vuelvo a esa sucursal? NUNCA.

Fui para hacer un trámite de apertura de cuenta y me tuvieron en espera más de 30 minutos, pasaban turnos y turnos pero el mio no, observe que ya habían pasado todas las personas que estaban cuando llegue y nada; también me di cuenta que los ejecutivos comenzaron a pasar con ellos personas que no habían sido llamadas por el turno, fue cuando decidí preguntarle a uno de los ejecutivos, (un chico joven, delgado y de lentes) y de manera muy grosera me dijo que siguiera esperando, obvio ya estaba molesta y le dije que me iría otro banco y en tono burlón me dijo, "como quiera, bye". Por favor, necesitan revisar mejor al personal que contratan, si sus métodos son lentos o no eficientes y encima de todo tienen a personal grosero, es muy desagradable.

No me atendieron porque faltaban 20 minutos para que cerraran. Quería abrir una cuenta nueva de nómina y era el único horario en el que yo podía ir por mi trabajo. Muy mala experiencia.

The worst bank I have ever visited in my life, the manager lady is the most ignorant of all about the rules that apply to pick up money that was sent to me from the us. All I need everywhere else is just the code and passport, but this lady insisted that I also needed a Resident card, because the us passport wasn’t good because they had no way to check if it was good or not. and the cashiers and workers are in the same situation, I guess everything comes down from the lack of leadership from the top.
