★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio déspota la señorita de la entrada y aparte no quiere revisar si van los documentos que te piden solo te contesta traiga todo si no no le puedo ayudar y uno les pregunta que cuáles son los requisitos para el trámite ?? la verdad si no fuera por qué me tiene que pagar en ese banco yo ni me paraba la verdad gente déspota.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, fui a realizar una aclaración y me regresaron porque la persona para realizar dichos trámites solo está en los miércoles. Acudí un miércoles y no me dejaron pasar solo me recibieron mi carta y copia de INE, la persona que me atendió acordó de marcarme ese mismo día para darme un estatus, han pasado días y nada. Cuantas veces tengo que acudir???
