★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio al cliente en la sucursal, por Banortel te indican que pasos a seguir y que te van a dar el soporte en sucursal y una vez que llegas ellos te indican que no pueden dar el servicio, falta de comunicacion entre los dos departamentos , es mejor buscar otra opcion en banca.
