★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La gerente Lucero Hernández es una grosera y altanera. No conoce el significado de servicio ni de la atención al cliente. No sé si no le gusta su trabajo o es una resentida social, pero se dirige al cliente con odio y eso se denota en su mirada y tono de voz prepotentes.

Tuve problemas con mi aplicación, y no quisieron ni siquiera darme de baja ese servicio. Ni cambiar token. No ayudan ni sirven de nada.
Su respuesta siempre es "vaya a su sucursal de origen". Soy de michoacan, no puedo ir a mi sucursal de origen. Además sólo es un token o una aplicación móvil, no estoy abriendo una cuenta ni sacando dinero.
