No se si todas las sucursales sean asi, pero el trato por parte de los cajeros es poco atento, pareciera que no te quieren ayudar en nada. No dan opciones, no dan explicaciones, no son accesibles

Terriblemente trato al cliente, dicen que es para clientes preferentes porque me toco esperar hora y media para que me atendieran y al final no me ayudaron. Deberian de capacitar al personal y dar un mejor trato al cliente independientemente si son preferentes o no... Entramos al racismo. Muy mala actitud por parte de los ejecutivos nada profesionales ni éticos.

Pésimo el servicio de Banorte, están trabajando al 50% de su capacidad, de por sí tardados en las cajas, ahora con 2 personas peor, y la inepta de la entrada solo provoca más lentitud, a eso añadan que es quincena... El banco presta un servicio, ellos no deben disminuir su capacidad de atención

Tengan cuidado, principalmente con la cajera 2, ya que yo fui a cobrar un giro, una cantidad considerable y con el pretexto de que tenía que entregar copia de mi Identificación, me dijo que debía subir al segundo nivel y que en la librería sacaban copias, ya que en la sucursal ya no les permitían sacar copias del las identificación, lo cual es falso, fui y regrese ya que en la librería no es verdad que sacan copias. Al regresar solicité a la señorita de la entrada me pudiera apoyar sacándome la copia del INE, quien amablemente accedió y pase nuevamente a recoger el giro, pero esta cajera utiliza este "pretexto" para avisarle a quién sabe quien, que estas retirando dinero y por supuesto hay complicidad para que al exterior de la sucursal te puedan asaltar. Estén muy alertas y cuídense. Mi experiencia en esa sucursal.

Pésimo!! servicio sin personal y el que está te atiende de mala manera se trago un billete el cajero pedí el apoyo y me dijeron q si no sabía usar la app que ahí pusiera mi queja que ellos tenían mucho trabajo y que ya era hora de cerrrar y 4n la aplicación que hasta el 13 de septiembre ??

Fui temprano a cobrar un cheque, todo bien. La atención fue buena, con un trato amable, la sucursal estaba limpia y no me tarde mucho tiempo.
