S	SAUL CASTILLEJOS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena ubicación, estacionamiento pequeño, falta mas área de espera ya que el servicio en ventanilla es muy lento (de 4 ventanillas solo disponibles 2), en los cajeros no se pueden realizar depósitos. El personal en ventanilla muy amables cuando te toca tu turno. Very good location, small parking lot, more waiting area is missing since the service at the counter is very slow (of 4 windows only 2 are available), deposits cannot be made at the ATMs. The staff at the window are very friendly when it's your turn.

Good service, the procedures are carried out quickly most of the time, although there are occasions such as the fortnight that there are many people and because they only have 3 ATMs, the service takes longer.

Cero amabilidad si no tienes cuenta con ellos, trato elitista y diferencial. A pesar que muchas instituciones bancarias tienen el mismo proceso ni Banamex ni BBV dejan de dar atención a quien visita sus sucursales. Los cajeros siempre atienden como si fueran tocados por la mano divina o hijos Carlos Hank González. Si no fuera porque hay trámites que se hacen solo en este Banco no acudiría y mucho menos sería cliente. Es el colmo que en Acreimex te atiendan mejor Pésimo Bad attention from the staff. They give very bad prestige to a financial institution like Banorte. Zero kindness if you do not have an account with them, elitist and differential treatment.
