★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toda la semana del lunes 24 de enero de 2022 al viernes 28 de enero de 2022, la sucursal no prestó servicio; los policías del lugar indicaron varios días que no sabían la causa; hasta el jueves 27 de enero de 2022, pegaron avisos en las puertas de vidrio del local que ocupan.
Desde el lunes 24 de enero de 2022 hasta el jueves 27 de enero de 2022, el Call Center de Banorte -que es el servicio telefónico, que atiende al público en general, indicó que la sucursal estaba operando sin problemas.
De este tema, les comento que es extraño que cuatro días seguidos en el Call Center de Banorte, no tenían información actualizada al respecto.
Apreciaré, analicen este problema de información, ya que genera confusión a los ejecutivos del Call Center, a los usuarios de esta sucursal que es la número 2035 -BOSQUES DE LAS LOMAS-
Un aspecto que es evidente, es que el "AVISO IMPORTANTE" no tiene fecha de emisión, ni en que lugar, ni donde fue expedido, ni quien es responsable.
Estoy cierta que atenderán este incidente, que me hizo dar dos vueltas a la sucursal en cuestión, sin contar con información fidedigna al respecto.
A fin de evitar su recurrencia y degraden de este importante banco.
