★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor trato que he recibido en una sucursal banorte y de hecho fue por el director de la sucursal Miguel (no recuerdo su apellido). No quiso escuchar, y el trato me lo dio de una manera despectiva. Se que le pudo desesperar atenderme a la hora de cierre, pero yo llevaba más de 2 horas esperando ser atendido, debido a la cantidad de clientes y el sistema de atención que por pandemia es algo lento.
