★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, no brindan soluciones solo redirigen los problemas a su linea telefónica en la cual te dirigen a la sucursal, la sucursal tiene un horario de 9 a 4 sin embargo suele cerrar antes debido a que así es decidido por la gerencia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dice que cierran a las 5 pm, uno planea con esa información. Qué les pasa? Actualicen esto. También hay un cajero fallando tragándose las tarjetas y no son ni para poner una hoja.
It says they close at 5pm, one plans with that information. What happens to them? Update this. There is also an ATM failing swallowing the cards and they are not even to put a sheet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor, de los peores, marcas y descuelgan y nunca contestan, terminan por colgarte y cuando por fin logras te contesten te dicen que debes acudir al banco para resolver el problema, acudes al banco y no te resuelven nada. Ineptos y huevones.

Estuve literal 2 horas 15 minutos esperando a que me pasaran y pasaba gente que solo eran solicitudes muy equis, como que les ayudaran a instalar la APP y todo y yo que necesitaba aclarar unos pagos etc, hasta el mero último
No sorprende, Banorte es el peor banco al menos de todo México
Super horrible, super late and all badly attended
I was literally 2 hours 15 minutes waiting for them to pass me and people passed by who were only very different requests, like to help them install the APP and everything and I needed to clarify some payments etc, until the very last
Not surprisingly, Banorte is the worst bank at least in all of Mexico
