 PESSSSIMO SERVICIO, ATMs WITH LONG LINES WHEN THEY WORK, BECAUSE MOST OF THE TIME THEY ARE OUT OF SERVICE, HAVE NO CASH AND ARE IN BAD CONDITION, IF THEY BENEFIT FROM THE HANDLING OF OUR MONEY AND BECAUSE WE ARE MANY CUSTOMERS IN MORE AND BETTER AUTONOMIC ATMs, THEY OCCUR TO REMOVE THE 3 OF PLAZA ARAMIL WHEN THEY HAVE NOT REPAIRED THE LOCATED OUTSIDE THE IMSS, AND AS THE ONE IN MOCTEZUMA ALWAYS DOES NOT GIVE SERVICE ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En vez de apoyarte en la transacción el cajero te contesta como si le estuvieras molestando... Una Hora esperando para que no me quisieran hacer mi transacción y aparte me gritaran.
Instead of supporting you in the transaction the teller answers you as if you were bothering him ... One Hour waiting so they would not want to do my transaction and they would shout at me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es de lo peor nunca hay nadie que atienda en cajas, el gerente se la pasa jugando en el celular solo hay una persona en escritorio y se tarda 2 horas en atender a cada persona, a las personas de la 3ra edad no las atienden las dejan en fila, el peor banco
The service is the worst there is never anyone who attends to boxes, the manager spends his time playing on the cell phone, there is only one person at the desk and it takes 2 hours to attend to each person, the elderly are not attended to they leave them in line, the worst bank

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio uno viene a hacer sus trámites y te toca de los primeros turnos, pasas con el ejecutivo y por falla de su sistema te mandan a tomar un nuevo turno y formarte a la cola cuando esperaste más de 45 minutos para que te atendieran
Terrible service, one comes to do their paperwork and it is your turn for the first shifts, you go to the executive and due to a failure of their system they send you to take a new shift and stand in line when you waited more than 45 minutes for them to attend you
