★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si saben que a la hora de la comida hay mucha gente, por qué no programan su hora de comida y se va 1 empleado de 5 (Servicio al Cliente) y no 3 de 5? Sumamente ineficientes. 1 y 15 min esperando y solo pasaron 2 personas. Tuve que irme sin hacer mi trámite.
If you know that there are a lot of people when it comes to lunch, why do not you schedule your lunch hour and leave 1 employee out of 5 (Customer Service) and not 3 out of 5? Extremely inefficient. 1 and 15 min waiting and only 2 people passed. I had to leave without doing my paperwork.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los cajeros suelen atender muy amables y rápido, lo único malo es que los postes de separación que usan para formar la fila siempre están mal acomodados y hace parecer que hay mas fila de la que enrealidad hay
The ATMs tend to be very friendly and fast, the only bad thing is that the separation posts they use to form the row are always poorly arranged and makes it seem that there is more row than there really is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, No quisieron sacarme copia para un trámite, cuando retiré en ventanilla 6,750 me di cuenta en la casa que me faltaba 100 pesos me atendió un señor aspecto grande de barba piel blanca... Cuiden su dinero que no le pasen como a mí.
