Pity service, very despotic staff, is the worst banorte branch, talking with other users who were the day I went have the same opinion and the worst is that the same bank does nothing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, agente déspota y arbitrario, dure 55 minutos es espera para atención y salto mi turno en 2 ocasiones, me dirijo a él las 2 ocasiones alegando de su parte que los que atendió antes tenían más tiempo que yo, siendo que llegué cuando el banco estaba casi vacío solo 1 persona estaba antes que yo.
Terrible service, agent despotic and arbitrary, last 55 minutes is expected to attention and jump my turn on 2 occasions, I turn to him 2 times claiming his party who attended previously had more time than I, as I arrived when the bank was almost empty only 1 person was before me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, nunca tienen plásticos, las señoritas de ventanilla y ejecutivos platicando sin hacer nada y los clientes afuera haciendo fila por horas esperando su turno.
Terrible service, they never have plastic, the ladies at the window and executives chatting without doing anything and the customers outside queuing for hours waiting for their turn.
