Para hacer depósitos en efectivo y cheques te dejan esperando junto con la gente que va a atención al cliente , Deberían pasar primero a los que depositan por SEGURIDAD , si un ladrón nos roba en la calle el banco no se hace responsable , definitivamente es inseguro este BANCO .
Cámbiense a BANAMEX O BANCOMER , ahí si les dan prioridad al dinero del cliente

Switch to BANAMEX OR BANCOMER, there if they give priority to the client's money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asesor de la entrada a mano izquierda siempre con cara de perro pug,y nunca te soluciona nada. Pésimo servicio mejor vayan a otra sucursal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención muy lenta, no escuchan peticiones de usuarios, la fila afuera de la sucursal la tienen a pleno sol, siendo que a un costado de la misma es lado sombra, solo que al vigilante no quiere que la gente esté en la sombra, indicando que si no están en el lado del sol no se les atenderá.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal inepto, . Fui a hacer el pago de pasaporte lo cual no pude realizar por que las cajeras dicen que no lo cobran si no agregas rfc. A lo cual les explique que ya me habían informado en SRE que ese espacio se podía quedar en blanco si no requería factura. Nisiquiera hizo el intento de validar la información, solo m hicieron perder el tiempo.
Inept staff,. I went to make the passport payment which I couldn't do because the cashiers say they don't charge it if you don't add rfc. To which I explained that they had already informed me in SRE that this space could be left blank if it did not require an invoice. He didn't even make an attempt to validate the information, he just wasted my time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El tiempo de espera para un tramite con ejecutivo es muy largo, no tiene sala de espera , tienes que estar donde estan los cajeros apretado con los demas o afuera de la sucursal en el sol, pesimo servicio al cliente.
The waiting time for a process with an executive is very long, there is no waiting room, you have to be where the cashiers are crowded with the others or outside the branch in the sun, lousy customer service.
