★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal, trate de sacar una nueva tarjeta de débito/nómina y no me la dieron, quieren que vaya a la misma sucursal donde la empresa donde trabajo la solicitó, me piden que vaya el DF, es absurdo.
Too bad, I tried to get a new debit / payroll card and they didn't give it to me, they want me to go to the same branch where the company where I applied for it, they ask me to go to Mexico City, it's absurd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo trato por parte de los ejecutivos, molestos porque tener que atender clientes, todo les parece mal, les importa más estar en el celular atendiendo asuntos personales.
Terrible treatment by executives, upset that having to serve clients, everything seems wrong, they care more about being in the cell addressing personal issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, los ejecutivos atienden en el orden que les da la gana con respecto a si conocen al cliente o no. Aparte cada uno tiene distintos niveles de capacitación asi que los mas grandes no saben resolver todos los problemas de banca movil y eso ocasiona mas vueltas
Terrible service, the executives attend in the order that they feel like with respect to whether they know the client or not. Besides, each one has different levels of training, so the older ones do not know how to solve all the problems of mobile banking and that causes more turns.
