★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hola por lo que me enteré el edificio azul está la sucursal bancaria donde también se encuentra el estacionamiento y el otro edificio se maneja siniestros, pólizas de seguro y Afore le coloco cuatro estrellas debido que hay momentos que hay mucha gente, espero y sirva esta referencia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no hay comunicación con el cliente y cualquier accidente si el carro está relativamente bien lo declaran pérdida total para después venderlos y si llegas a tener un accidente por sus políticas te pueden quitar el seguro una compañía realmente asquerosa con prácticas poco éticas
Terrible service, there is no communication with the customer and any accident if the car is relatively good is declared a total loss and then sold and if you get to have an accident due to their policies they can remove your insurance from a really disgusting company with unethical practices

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una experiencia agotadora cobrar el seguro. Tuve que ser muy insistente para que me entregaran el valor comercial correcto de mi automovil. Llevo casi mes y medio intentando solucionar esto y no ayudan en mucho. Llamadas esperando 40 minutos para que me contesten, ingormacion equivocada, y me han hecho ir a la sucursal para obtener informacion que me podian dar por telefono sin problemas.
An exhausting experience to collect the insurance. I had to be very insistent to be given the correct commercial value of my car. I've been trying to solve this for almost a month and a half and they do not help much. Call waiting 40 minutes for me to answer, wrong information, and have made me go to the branch to get information that could give me over the phone without problems.

Terrible customer service. They do not allow elderly people to accompany them to do their paperwork.

Me dijeron que esperara en línea y me dejaron 20 minutos hasta que se acabó el tiempo de espera y se cortó la llamada.
It seems that the complaints here on Google are true. Even on the phone they give you bad service even if you are a contractual client.
They told me to wait in line and they gave me 20 minutes until the waiting time expired and the call was dropped.
