★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experiencia fue tener un seguro de vida con Inbursa!. La agente Guadalupe Ortega es una mala persona pues es ladrona y despota además de tramposa. Está mujer acudió a mi trabajo para renovar el seguro y yo debido a un problema personal no podía darme el lujo de tener ese descuento pues este seguro es muy caro. Ella bastante molesta se fue. Mi sorpresa fue cuando me llega el talón de pago y ahí estaba el descuento,le llame y le pregunté que porque renovó y como le hizo? Pues yo no firme!, ella confirmo cínicamente que si lo renovó! pero que no importaba la firma y que no había problema que lo podía dar de baja en unos meses (la devolución es solo de un porcentaje) entonces acudí a este edificio y ellos también sumamente groseros y déspotas me enseñaron el contrato y mi firma la falsificó Guadalupe Ortega! Pasaron varios meses para que me cancelaran el seguro y solo me devolvieron un porcentaje muy bajo. Perdí tiempo y dinero! Tengan mucho cuidado con estás personas y denuncien como lo hice yo.
 Terrible experience was having life insurance with Inbursa! Agent Guadalupe Ortega is a bad person because he is a thief and despots in addition to a cheater. This woman went to my job to renew the insurance and because of a personal problem I could not afford to have that discount because this insurance is very expensive. She quite annoyed left. My surprise was when I got the pay stub and there was the discount, I called him and asked him why he renewed and how did he do it? Well, I didn't sign! She cynically confirmed that she renewed it! but that the signature did not matter and that there was no problem that I could cancel it in a few months (the return is only a percentage) so I went to this building and they also very rude and despotic showed me the contract and my signature forged it Guadalupe Ortega! Several months passed before my insurance was canceled and they only returned a very low percentage. I wasted time and money! Be very careful with these people and denounce as I did.
