★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy poco profesionales, te dejan esperando en la línea o te cuelgan. Una tal Alma Samudio, pésimo servicio: ineficiente, ineficaz, grosera. Todo lo que dice el audio del conmutador es un fraude. Para comprar dólares casi 5 horas! Pérdida de tiempo y servicio horrible. Problemas de sistema electrónico y facturación, pff. Se puede decir algo peor?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo el servicio y aparece el horario de 9:00 a 18:00 horas pero el banco en si está abierto hasta las 3:30 pm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor en temas de arrendamientos financieros, saqué un carro NUEVO con ellos y a los 2 meses se descompuso de la caja de velocidades y llevo 3 semanas sin tener respuestas de monex, ya lleve el carro a la agencia donde no le han hecho nada todavía y la arrendadora no quiere dar la cara por mi que soy su cliente, pero para cobrar sus $9000 pesos mexicanos al mes si son buenos. Ya tiene meses que posteé este comentario, arreglaron el carro después de 3 meses, y al medio año se volvió a descomponer, y estoy en el mismo tema, llevo 1 mes con el carro en la agencia y Monex me sigue cobrando rentas aunque no use el carro, y no presiona a la agencia, ya decidimos denunciar en profeco, y meter abogados para cancelar el contrato, NEFASTO el trato de Monex

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me urge hacer un trámite ante ellos y si la operadora te contesta pero siempre te transfiere según ella y nunca te contestan y te manda a un buzón, pésimo servicio la verdad.
