Dijeron que me iban a entregar mi carro el día de hoy y no contestan en ningún numero de contacto, ya está pagado casi por completo el carro y se desaparecieron en todos sus contactos. Por su culpa perdí la cita para el alta de placas y me quedaré sin circulas viernes y sábado 20 días hasta que pueda volver a hacer cita. Qué falta de seriedad. Quise regresar el carro o que me lo cambiaran por otro... que creen que me dijeron... que no lo podía regresar....me ofrecieron otros carros más caros, que obvio no podía comprar porque ahorré para comprarme uno de $70,000 que fue lo que me costó el Gol. No me resolvieron la situación del coche que me vendieron en pésimas condiciones y no me quedó otra más que regresarlo para que lo compusieron (porque era la única alternativa que me dejaban). Me quedé una semana sin coche y según ya estaba arreglado, tengo un año de que lo adquirí y le he arreglado el clutch, me gasté $3000 en dar de alta las placas y para ahora lo tengo que vender porque saca humo y necesita afinación. Mi experiencia con grupo flocar ha sido malísima, revisen bien sus coches antes de comprarlos. Con mucho trabajo ahorré $70,000 para un coche y ahora lo tengo que vender más barato porque no me fijé bien que tipo de carro me estaban vendiendo, no conozco mucho de automóviles, me acerqué a una agencia para evitar ser timada pero resultó peor de lo que imaginaba. Responden con puros pretextos. Ojala que esta publicacion la vean los dueños de la empresa porque les ayudaria a mejorar.

Solo te dejan probarlo en el estacionamiento de la plaza, donde hay poca luz y no puedes saber si hace bien los cambios etc. Además una persona es la que compro el auto pero te dicen que te lo va facturar otra persona. Te presentan una copia de la factura con endoso, pero no tiene ningún sello. Ósea pueden imprimir y endosar varias veces la factura.
