★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo contrate un paquete con esta funeraria, lo utilice el pasado mes de Septiembre de este año, mi comentario es que de todo lo que menciona en la publicidad no me lo cumplieron. no llevaron carroza, no llevaron el vehículo y el personal para servir el café, estos puntos fueron platicados con el dueño ese día para que nosotros no nos preocupáramos por nada, pero no, no fueron cumplidos. al final, días después llame con el dueño para hacer cuentas ya que aun le debía, efectivamente aceptaron que no cumplieron, me hicieron un descuento que al final ya no era importante y les pague. se supone que contratas un paquete funerario para no preocuparte por nada y no andar a las carreras y al final así estábamos, contratando otra carroza y contratando personal para servir café. esto implico mas gasto. De sobra esta que no recomiendo a esta Casa Funeral San Francisco.

In the end, days later I called the owner to make accounts since I still owed him, they effectively accepted that they did not comply, they made me a discount that in the end was no longer important and I paid them. You are supposed to hire a funeral package to not worry about anything and not go to the races and in the end we were, hiring another float and hiring staff to serve coffee. This implied more expense. Needless to say, I do not recommend this Funeral House San Francisco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones están más o menos, pero el trato de la gerencia y el personal es pésimo, son muy abusivos y prepotentes y no cumplen con lo que prometen, no recomiendo para nada esta funeraria ya que son pésimos en cuanto al trato con la gente.

Abusan de la situación pidiendo una mordida para entregar el cuerpo antes y de no ser así todavía tienen el CINISMO de decirte que quieres todos los trámites "derechos". Lo transportan en una camioneta no apta para este tipo de situaciones y aparte no te dan la cara.
CERO RECOMENDABLE!!!!
Terrible service, deplorable and incompetent! They abuse the situation by asking for a bite to deliver the body sooner and if not, they still have the CINISMO to tell you that you want all the "right" procedures. They transport it in a truck not suitable for this type of situation and apart from that they do not give you their face.
