★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de hoy se comunican al asilo luz al ocaso, respondiendo un residente de 84 años de edad. Al cual le estan ofreciendo un paquete de servicio funerario. No se le autorizo a alguien que podían estar llamando a los residentes. No se dan cuenta de lo insensibles que son, mas aun porque los deprimen demasiado este tipo de cosas. Estoy furiosa, ojala hagan algo respecto a dar las bases de datos. Llamamos al numero que aparece para que lo quiten de su base de datos, nos atendió Lupita Méndez sin darnos alguna solución. Y siguen llamando a los abuelitos. Muy mal que por vender, hagan este tipo de cosas sin moral alguna.
Today, sunset light is communicated to the asylum, responding to an 84-year-old resident. To whom they are offering a funeral service package. Someone who could be calling residents was not authorized. They don't realize how callous they are, all the more because these kinds of things depress them too much. I'm furious, I hope they do something about giving the databases. We called the number that appears to remove it from its database, Lupita Méndez answered us without giving us any solution. And they keep calling the grandparents. Too bad that for selling, they do this kind of thing without any morality.
