Los meti a la maquina y ni a 100 impresiones me llego siendo que esos toner son para mas de 5000 impresiones. y no me dieron solución. Compre en otro lado y aun los tengo. Espero alguien de esa empresa me de solución porque no fueron 5 pesos. y la Sra Norma que es la que atiende nunca me contesto dijo que era mi maquina. pero si mi maquina es nueva. no les doy ni una estrella. estafadores
They are scammers for your online purchases. I bought 4 toner that came empty. I put them in the machine and not even 100 impressions did I get being that those toner are for more than 5000 impressions. and they gave me no solution. I bought elsewhere and I still have them. I hope someone from that company will solve me because it was not 5 pesos. And Mrs. Norma, who is the one who attends, never answered me, she said it was my machine. but if my machine is new. I don't give them a single star. scammers
