About Grupo Gava
Soy la chef Verónica García, hace unos años vencí al cáncer, esta enfermedad me hizo no estar segura de mi futuro progreso, sin embargo, aprendí a ser un ser humano sin límites pues me di cuenta que estaba aquí para crear, inspirar y cambiar el significado de la vida para los demás.
Aprendí a trabajar y modelar el Fondant cuando no podía mover el brazo ni mi mano, y logré entender que mis pasteles y postres son el impacto y la inyección de amor que otros necesitan en sus vidas.
Me gusta estar rodeada de belleza y devolverle al mundo todas las emociones positivas que pueda, he descubierto que la felicidad no es hacer lo que quieres, sino, querer siempre lo que haces, y es por eso que, hoy realizo en un trabajo que está alineado conmigo y mis valores. Yo vivo mi sueño.
Actualmente mi marca “VERO GAVA” envuelve a Grupo GAVA que está conformado por nuestra tienda de materia prima, área de producción y área educativa (cursos y talleres). Todo esto ha sido posible gracias a todo un concepto divertido de repostería lo que me ha llevado a un crecimiento tanto como blogger y en nuestro canal de YouTube.
