★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Increíble la mala experiencia, true mi auto el día de ayer para cambiarle los soportes de amortiguadores y los tornillos estabilizadores, sin hacer el cuento tan largo el mecánico que estaba trabajando mi auto en un principio lo mandaron de apoyo a otra sucursal, Geovanny quien fue quien me atendió después solo estaba interesado en la propina ya que armo mal mi auto, al parecer ya se dañó la flecha de mi vehículo, nadie se hace responsable y la srita pilar no veo que de respuesta, la verdad JAMAS volver a este servicio y si el día de hoy no me dan solución pues tendré que ir a la agencia y demansarlos....en este momento se siguen peleando el mecánico y la encargada pero a final de cuentas son las 13.20 hrs y no le han hecho nada a a mi auto, me considero una persona muy tolerante pero estoy a punto de pedir que me regresen mi auto y llevarlo a otro sitio, que pena en verdad la mala experiencia y la poca capacidad de reacción del personal, Imagínense como armaron la flecha de mi auto con cinchos...es RIDICULO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¡CUIDADO!, hace un mes lleve a revisar mi vehículo y según me cambiaron los Bujes y Tornillos estabilizadores, pero después de un mes tuve que volverlos a cambiar en otro taller de emergencia, ya que me reportaron que al auto no le hicieron ningún cambio y si lo hicieron fue con refacciones de pésima calidad. Fui a reclamar y se negaron a resarcir el daño, aquí lo preocupante es que jueguen con tu seguridad y por unos pesos expongan a tu familia y hasta terceros. "Ojalá el dinero que pagué les sirva para limpiar sus conciencias y les alcance para comprarse algo bonito".
