★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención al cliente en cuanto a la Arquitecta encargada del Fraccionamiento Lartessi, Morelia desde hace 2 meses nos entregaron la casa y no hay agua potable, no nos han entregado las tags, y ya tiene goteras en la cocina y sin haberla habitado. Seguramente aquí a 10 años se va a caer y sin terminarla de pagar.
Terrible customer service in terms of the Architect in charge of the Lartessi subdivision, Morelia, for 2 months they gave us the house and there is no drinking water, they have not given us the tags, and there are already leaks in the kitchen and without having inhabited it. Surely here in 10 years it will fall and without paying it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace 4 meses que se me hizo entrega de mi casa y para la devolución de saldo a favor después de semanas solo responden "sigue en trámite" por WhatsApp y de mala gana, ya mandé mensaje a la página web y solo me dicen que se van a comunicar conmigo, pero no me contactan, será que tengo que demandar para que me paguen mi dinero?!? Porque no veo ningún avance!!
4 months ago my house was handed over to me and for the return of the balance in favor after weeks they only answer "still pending" on WhatsApp and reluctantly, I already sent a message to the website and they only tell me that they are leaving to communicate with me, but they do not contact me, will I have to sue for my money to be paid?!?
