Los dueños y directivos tienen un gran valor moral, son seres humanos excelentes aunque muchos dirán lo contrario, pero nunca te negaran nada. Muy sencillos y con una calidad moral muy grande. Aunque un poco contrastante ya que sus sueldos son un muy bajos. Sólo pienso que como líderes les falta mejorar un poco y entender mas a fondo las necesidades de su personal, pero en general si quieres contratar sus servicios para una obra muy grande son de lo mejor que podrás encontrar. Sus instalaciones son hermosas y el ambiente es muy bueno. Sólo que si quieres trabajar ahi los sueldos son muy bajos.
This company is one of the largest construction companies nationwide, they have an excellent quality and very qualified workforce. The owners and managers have a great moral value, they are excellent human beings although many will say the opposite, but they will never deny you anything. Very simple and with a very high moral quality. Although a little contrast since their salaries are a very low. I just think that as leaders they need to improve a bit and understand more deeply the needs of their staff, but in general if you want to hire their services for a very large work they are the best you can find. Its facilities are beautiful and the atmosphere is very good. Only if you want to work there the salaries are very low.
