TE PROMETEN ENTREGA EN MENOS DE UN MES Y TE PROMETEN DEVOLVER DINERO SOBRANTE DE TU CREDITO, y no es asi. tardan 3 meses para entregarte casa antes debes ir a firmar escrituras donde y cuando ellos digan y el Sr. ISAC ORTEGA tarda lo que quiere no te devuelve el dinero sobrante. CONSIGUEN VÍCTIMAS PORQUE OFRECEN 10MIL PESOS A LAS PERSONAS QUE RECOMIENDEN USUARIOS PARA ENVOLVERLOS EN SU TRANZA. TERRIBLE
appalling. FRAUD. THEY PROMISE YOU DELIVERY IN LESS THAN A MONTH AND THEY PROMISE YOU TO RETURN MONEY OVER YOUR CREDIT, and it is not so. It takes 3 months to give you a house before you must go to sign deeds where and when they say and Mr. ISAC ORTEGA takes what he wants, he does not return the money left over. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta constructora me vendió una casa en un precio elevado,inicialmente el Complejo contaba con un deportivo que al día de hoy se encuentra en litigio xq aunque x escritura éramos dueños del mismo,resultó que al final no y querían que lo pagáramos nuevamente. No se dejen engañar,no compren con ellos,las casas son de pésima calidad,materiales económicos y mal hechas. He tenido que arreglar vicios ocultos desde que la compré.
Tienen muchas demandas, investiguen bien. El complejo del que les hablo está en Xochitepec, Morelos y se llama Real de Xochitepec.
This construction company sold me a house at a high price, initially the Complex had a sports car that today is in litigation xq although x deed we owned it, it turned out that in the end we did not and they wanted us to pay it again. Do not be fooled, do not buy with them, the houses are of poor quality, cheap materials and poorly made. I have had to fix hidden defects since I bought it.
They have many demands, do your research well. The complex I'm talking about is in Xochitepec, Morelos and it's called Real de Xochitepec.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un fraude porque nos vendieron la casa en Real de Xochitepec con el club deportivo incluido y al término de vender las casas nos lo hiban a entregar, y resulta que ahora estamos en un juicio que está a nuestro favor y no lo han entregado. NO SE DEJEN ENGAÑAR, es una empresa cero confiable y formal. No es justo que se promocionen como empresa confiable cuando no cumplen sus contratos.
It is a fraud because they sold us the house in Real de Xochitepec with the sports club included and at the end of selling the houses they were going to give it to us, and it turns out that now we are in a lawsuit that is in our favor and they have not delivered it. DO NOT BE FOOLED, it is a reliable and formal zero company. It is not fair for them to promote themselves as a trustworthy company when they do not fulfill their contracts.
