Lo peor de todo es que todo lo tratamos con el Director de cuentas clave- Manuel Chávez, si con él nos fue así, imagínense los demás. Todo empezó cuando compramos un refrigerador que no tenían en existencia, se tardaron muchísimo en resolvernos esta situación. El día de entrega, llegó solo el chofer, ¡sin nadie más! y nos pidió que lo bajáramos nosotros, por suerte habían personas que pudieron ayudarnos. Cinco meses después se rompe la pata de nuestro refri, les pedimos que vinieran a arreglarlo, habían pasado poquísimos meses y nos dijeron que teníamos que pagar esta reparación cuando es obvio que la pata ya tenía un defecto, así nos lo vendieron y así trabajan con sus políticas de garantía. Es verdad que nos costó menos y abrir un restaurante es caro. Fue nuestro primer restaurante y nuestro primer error, comprar por precio y no por calidad y políticas de garantía, nunca más compraríamos ahí y de ahora en adelante siempre irnos con quienes sean más serios desde el principio. ¡Aguas con esto!
