Great option in the center of CDMX! If you're looking for a cheap hotel that is clean and safe, look no further. The rooms on the street side are a bit noisy early in the morning, so keep that in mind. The hotel has a parking lot and a restaurant.

Good clean and professional. Location is awesome and very cheap considering this is a 4 stars hotel. The restaurant is average, and perhaps innecessary since there are many places nearby. The business room has slow internet and printers don't work.

Ok. Budget hotel. Very well located. More a two stars than three.

A nice location, with great service always looking to help, the rooms where very clean, and comfortable. My only problem was using the hotel car instead of a taxi, resulting on four times the normal fee.

It was a small but adequate room, pretty clean and neat, comfortable and the location was good for me. Unfortunately the doors were thin and I was happy for my earplugs.

The hotel is OK, but not great for the rate they are charging. There is no way that you can relax there, the hotel is noisy (walls a paper-thin you can hear everything that other gusts are up to in their rooms) and the window view is to other hotel rooms. There is only one person that speaks English so if you have any questions or issues, no one to talk too.

Bad experience. 1. Problematic wifi. 2. To try to solve it, I was transferred to a room just in front of reception, with very little privacy (I could hear what's going on in the lobby, and I assume it was also the other way around). 3. I was then transferred to a room with a malfunctioning door. When I went out, couldn't open the door to come back in. Before getting this room, I saw that both the receptionist and the bellboy struggled with this door and tried a few times to open it. But still they gave it to me. When I told the receptionist I can't get back in - he me that I can ask the bellboy to help to get in (which is not a reasonable way to access your room everything you want to get in). 4. Terrible service. When I told the receptionist that this is unacceptable, he told me that there will be another room only tomorrow. I said that this is unacceptable and want to cancel the booking, he started ignoring me and taking care of checking in somebody else. I clarified that I would like to get my things immediately from the locked room, he continued ignoring. Only afyer I started taking a video of him and threatened to call police for preventing access to my things, he took care of it and (magically) found another room. 5. Noisy. Can hear whats going on in next room and out of room. Well after midnight, for a long time, people were making a lot of noise.

This hotel is located nearby 5min walk to Centro Historico where there are shops, restaurants, tourist attractions. It felt safe and secure at night. At night the street was quiet, and the room was quiet. The room was simple and clean. The mattress was firm. The showers always provided hot water. The hotel provided water bottles daily to the room. The staff wad friendly and helpful. It was a very good value for this hotel. I will definitely stay here again.
