★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia se hacen pasar como oficinas de la notaría 35 de Puebla y de la notaría 3 de Cholula y no lo son. Son simplemente una oficinas de asesoría y gestión. Que te cobran muy barato en comparación con otras, pero en realidad no entregan completa la documentación. En mi caso solo me entregaron el testimonio, pero todos los pagos y permisos nunca los realizaron. Es decir te cobran barato por el testimonio. Pero omiten realizar todos los permisos, claro por eso el costo es a mitad de precio. Y las dos notarías se prestan para ese tipo de anomalias, y al final uno creyendo que ya todo está bien. Pero cuando vas hacer uso de tus documentos te das cuenta que solo fue una estafa y les falta todos los pagos y permisos del gobierno del estado y de ayuntamiento. Es decir no sirve. Y tienes que buscar una notaría que te ayude a poner todo en orden y te va a volver a cobrar. Y estos estafadores ya no quieren dar la cara porque hay documentos que va a necesitar la nueva notaría y estos no los quieren entregar y al final te complican todo. Y si buscas buscas a la notaría 35 de Puebla o la 3 de Cholula para que se haga responsable, solo te remiten con estos estafadores para que ellos te lo resuelvan y al final nada. Tengan cuidado!! No confíen en ellos!!

But when you go to use your documents you realize that it was just a scam and they lack all the payments and permits from the state government and the city council. In other words, it does not work. And you have to find a notary that will help you put everything in order and it will charge you again. And these scam artists no longer want to show their face because there are documents that the new notary will need and they do not want to deliver them and in the end they complicate everything for you. And if you are looking for you are looking for the notary 35 of Puebla or 3 of Cholula to take responsibility, they only refer you to these scammers so they can solve it for you and in the end nothing. Be careful!! Don't trust them !!
