No te dejan cancelar el servicio a pesar de que su plataforma no es ni una milésima de lo que te ofrecen, y el servicio al cliente ni lo conocen. Promocionan inglés para profesionales y te salen con los colores y cómo decir buenos días. Top notch scammers. Sólo quieren enganchar a la gente. Muy mal la verdad. Ni su plataforma es buena. Para el colmo tienen faltas de ortografía en Inglés. ¿Así cómo quieren que las personas aprendan? You cannot unsubscribe. When you want to unsubscribe, they cannot do so until one supposedly finishes paying all the money you owe. They just want to hook people. Too bad the truth. Segun estoy en buro de credito de un servicio que adquiri hace mas de 3 años, el cual me di de baja y aun tengo que pagar por su pesimo servicio. Mandan correos de una deuda que tengo y al parecer no soy el unico, cuidado con este tipo de empresas estafadoras!!! They are scammers. g	gary oldsman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A los 3 meses de haber tomado el curso hable con ellos para que me dieran de baja y me dijeron que no podían porque supuestamente solo tenia un par de días después de haberlo tomado para darme de baja, seguí pagandoles un par de meses más hasta que de plano les dije que ya no podía seguir, no quisieron darme de baja, hasta la fecha me siguen hablando y enviando correos cobrandome, dicen que aunque no les firmes un contrato, como ahora todo es por medios digitales al accesar a su plataforma estás aceptando un contrato que viene en una pestaña, el cual jamás te lo dan a leer antes de darte de alta en el curso, mucho cuidado raza, yo quisiera saber si hay forma de safarse de estás personas porque ya fui a la Profeco y están a favor de ellos. J	Javier Gazca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No compren ningún servicio con esta empresa, me mandaron a buró por ya no querer su supuesto curso, ya trate de llegar a un acuerdo monetario el cual es muy alto, no los bancos te cobran tanto por supuestos intereses y gastos de cobranza. Do not buy any service with this company, they sent me to the bureau for not wanting their supposed course anymore, and I tried to reach a monetary agreement which is very high, not the banks charge you so much for supposed interest and collection expenses.
