He probado muchas terapias psicológicas que me ayudaban a hacer conciencia de mis emociones y problemas, pero algo me impedía hacer cambios y en esta terapia pude ejercer cambios que nunca antes pude hacer.
 I recommend this place 100% to seek support in the emotional area through the wonderful EMDR and Brain Spoting therapies.
I have tried many psychological therapies that helped me become aware of my emotions and problems, but something prevented me from making changes and in this therapy I was able to make changes that I had never been able to do before.
