★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención al cliente, extremadamente lentos para generarte una factura, y sumándole a esto se retrasan 1 hora para prepararte una cubeta de la que se supone ya existe una fórmula.
 Terrible customer service, extremely slow to generate an invoice, and adding to this they take 1 hour to prepare a bucket for which a formula is supposed to already exist.

They have very bad service, they take a long time to serve the customer and their people are not trained, they have a lot of turnover and they don't know anything

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encantó la atención , son muy expertos en su área ya que pedí un tono y me equivoqué así que regresé a que me lo igualaran al color que requiria y muy atento el experto en igualador combinó los colores hasta quedar el color que yo quería. Excelente atención.
I loved the attention, they are very experts in their area since I asked for a tone and I was wrong so I went back to have it matched to the color I required and the expert in matching was very attentive and combined the colors until the color I wanted was left. Excellent attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo el sellador para cantera. Vinieron hicieron pruebas dijeron que era mi piso que no estaba bien puesto y filtraba agua. Me regalaron un galón después de haber sellado con lo de 5 galones para mis patios. Selle con ese galón un pedazo de mi patio de servicio, donde no “llueve” y lo mismo con el Poly Form 11000.
Terrible quarry sealer. They came and did tests, they said it was my floor that was not properly laid and leaked water. They gave me a gallon after I sealed the 5 gallon thing for my patios. I sealed with that gallon a piece of my utility yard, where it doesn't "rain" and the same with Poly Form 11000.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una muy buena experiencia para comprar artículos y herramientas para pintar. Cuentan con servicio de igualación de color y es bastante preciso. Lo único que podría mejorar son sus tiempos de entrega de material.
A very good experience to buy items and tools for painting. They have a color matching service and it is quite accurate. The only thing that could improve is your delivery times of material.
