★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui para una cotización y para empezar la güera que estaba ahí sentada hasta el fondo me vio entrar y ni siquiera me pelo. Al acercarme salude y le dije lo que estaba buscando lo cual solo decía que si con la cabeza. Ni a la cara me volteo a ver, me quedé un momento callado y no pude sacarle ni una palabra de su boca. Le pregunté finalmente que como podía hacer para que me hicieran el trabajo que yo quería y solo me dio una tarjeta y me retire, sin sacarle una sola palabra de su boca. No se que puesto tenga ahí la señorita pero los propietarios deberían de tener a alguien servicial y que simpatice con los clientes y no a alguien que los haga sentir como si estuvieran en el IMSS
I went for a quote and to start the güera that was sitting there to the bottom saw me come in and I didn't even get my hair. As I got closer I said hello and told him what I was looking for which only said yes with my head. I did not turn to look at my face, I was silent for a moment and I could not get a word out of his mouth. I finally asked him how I could get them to do the job I wanted and he just gave me a card and I left, without taking a single word out of his mouth. I do not know what position the lady has there but the owners should have someone helpful and sympathetic to the clients and not someone who makes them feel as if they were in the IMSS

Desde entonces, lo único que recibimos de su parte fueron evasivas, llamadas que no regresaron aunque prometieron hacerlo, mensajes no leídos y mentiras. EVÍTENLOS: su servicio es lamentable y no se hacen responsables por problemas posteriores.
We hired them in February for a job with Neon Flex. In May we looked for them because one of the hoses broke down. Since then, all we have received from him have been evasions, calls that did not return even though they promised to do so, unread messages and lies. AVOID THEM - Their service is pitiful and they take no responsibility for later issues.
