The terminal failed them and there was no sales ticket, to me if they deducted the purchase in my bank, they did not want to give me the material.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He estado llamando vía telefónica en repetidas ocasiones y en diferentes horarios pero nunca contestan en la extensión de ventas ni en la gerencia de ventas. Lamentable servicio. Califico con cero estrellas pero es forzoso seleccionar al menos una estrella para poder enviar comentario.

I have been calling by phone repeatedly and at different times but they never answer in sales extension or sales management. Unfortunately service. I qualify with zero stars but it is mandatory to select at least one star to be able to send comment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Variedad dd pintura de la marca fester (son distribuidores), no me gustó para nada la atención ya que al preguntar no te explican ni te detallan acerca de los productos que ofrecen, en mi caso averigüé por impermeabilizantes y vi que hay gran variedad pero no te dicen nada, sólo precios.
Variety of paint from the fester brand (they are distributors), I did not like the attention at all since when asking they do not explain or detail about the products they offer, in my case I found out about waterproofing and I saw that there is a great variety but not they tell you nothing, just prices.
