★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un servicio pésimo los técnicos que van a las casas son groseros , no te orientan en nada 2 veces me paso con ese servicio y para el colmo hablas a las oficinas y te contesta otra amargada, no se como Samsung tiene gente en Mérida así, por que los de atención a clientes ellos si son amables .
A terrible service the technicians who go to the houses are rude, they do not guide you in anything 2 times I spend with that service and for the last talk to the offices and you answer another bitter, I do not know how Samsung has people in Mérida thus, that the customer service them if they are friendly.
