J	Jesus Puig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concuerdo con el comentario de Eduardo cervantes yo a mi refrigerador samsung los busque personalmente para reparar el mio, fui personalmente a pagar mis 500 me dieron 2 días para venir a mi domicilio cosa que no ocurrió, pero sin embargofui el lunes a pedir mi devolución me dijeron que estaría para el sábado cosa que ni contestan las llamadas, teniendo yo que reparar el refrigerador por mi cuenta, pero de igual forma es una estafa de empresa esta lastima que samsung siendo una marca de renombre tenga empresas oineptas que los representan en Mérida. I agree with Eduardo Cervantes' comment, I personally looked for my Samsung refrigerator to repair mine, I personally went to pay my 500, they gave me 2 days to come to my home, which did not happen, but nevertheless I went on Monday to ask for my refund. El call de Mexico y el servicio tecnico de aqui no se ponen de acuerdo y luego entra el supervisor que es de Chiapas y solo sientes que te estan viendo la cara de estupida. Hace un mes vino el técnico a hacer un presupuesto. Pero primero hubo que depositar el costo de la visita ($500). Enviamos transferencia, llegaron a tiempo para la cotización, hicieron presupuesto y pagamos la bomba cotizada. Una vez hecho el pago, hasta ahora no han vuelto y no toman las llamadas. Hemos estado hablando, ya que les informamos que ya pagamos y no nos han respondido. Esto lleva un mes y nuestro dinero está volando. Que pena de servicio de esta empresa.Todo este proceso inicio desde el 2 de agosto. Un mes después y nada. Habiendo ya pagado el trabajo. Mi numero de servicio es MRD2-118543, con fecha de factura del 2 de agosto del 2021. Ojalá que la gente de Samsung vea esto y escojan mejor a quienes los representan. Terrible service!!!!
