★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No te dan toda la información sobre el dueño y las intenciones de arrendar por sólo un año ya que posteriormente el dueño ocupará el inmueble. Se quedan con tu dinero de anticipo ya que no se firmó contrato ya que sólo era por un año. Sí lo hicieran dicho desde el principio no se toma como opción.
They do not give you all the information about the owner and the intentions to lease for only one year since the owner will occupy the property later. They keep your advance money since no contract was signed since it was only for one year. If they did say it from the beginning, it is not taken as an option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El departamento lo entregué en perfecto estado pero la inmobiliaria no me regresó el depósito de garantía.
El contrato especifica que el depósito se debe regresar al arrendatario máximo 30 días después de concluir el contrato de arrendamiento.
La inmobiliaria se quedó con el 100% de mi depósito.
Pésima administración y gestión sin duda no los recomiendo.
I delivered the apartment in perfect condition but the real estate company did not return the guarantee deposit.
The contract specifies that the deposit must be returned to the tenant maximum 30 days after the end of the lease.
The realtor kept 100% of my deposit.
Terrible administration and management I definitely do not recommend them.
