★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuve buscando una casa para comprar con otras inmobiliarias y con muchas, nunca obtuve una respuesta y con otras, el trato era muy desinteresado hasta que tuve la suerte de toparme con Grupo Inmoflo y su agente Alexandre, que realizó una gran labor de búsqueda y negociación con el vendedor y finalmente conseguí el tipo de casa que buscaba. Florence también muy amable y ambos siempre estuvieron al pendiente y revisando todos los detalles del proceso de compra-venta hasta que se concretó.
I was looking for a house to buy with other real estate companies and with many, I never got an answer and with others, the deal was very disinterested until I was lucky enough to run into Grupo Inmoflo and its agent Alexandre, who did a great job of searching and negotiating with the seller and finally got the kind of house I was looking for. Florence was also very friendly and both were always on the lookout and reviewing all the details of the buying and selling process until it was finalized.

Primero tuve contacto con Alexandre, desde el principio mantuvo una comunicación excelente via Whats app, sin importar el horario, Alex (como ahora ya le llamo por la confianza que hemos creado) siempre me contestaba y respondía todas mis dudas muy rápido. Igualmente nos enseñó varias casas que cumplían con nuestros deseos, creo que un punto fuerte es ese, sabe escuchar muy bien. Al final también conocimos a Florence, quien conoce muchísimo del mercado, se puede ver que ambos tienen mucha experiencia y saben cómo resolver dificultades que se puedan presentar. Los recomiendo con ojos cerrados, pueden confiar 100% en ellos y en que todo saldrá bien con la compra/venta de casas. Nuestra experiencia fue tan buena que después de comprar nuestra ¨Casa del Pocito¨, ahora les pedimos también estar a cargo de la renta.
In March we started looking for a house in Mérida, Yucatán, I was fortunate to find the Inmoflo real estate agency. First I had contact with Alexandre, from the beginning he maintained excellent communication via Whats app, regardless of the time, Alex (as I now call him because of the trust we have created) always answered me and answered all my questions very quickly. He also showed us several houses that fulfilled our wishes, I think that a strong point is that, he knows how to listen very well. At the end we also met Florence, who knows a lot about the market, you can see that both have a lot of experience and know how to solve difficulties that may arise. I recommend them with eyes closed, they can trust them 100% and that everything will go well with the purchase / sale of houses. Our experience was so good that after buying our ¨Casa del Pocito¨, now we also ask you to be in charge of the rent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and me were looking for a house in Mérida. We spent quite some time with various real estate agents before getting in contact with Florence and Alexandre. With them, it took us less than 2 weeks for finding a house and sitting at the notary. Both Florence and Alexandre are absolutely trustworthy professionals who managed the process smoothly and efficient. They did/do respond quickly to all open questions before and after closing the contract. Especially if you are a foreigner with only limited available time for a house search I do recommend getting in contact with them immediately.
