★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente, este grupo era dueño de Toyota Aeropuerto cuando se me ocurrió comprar un coche ahí y ahora que ya no lo son, si uno necesita algún documento, la agencia ya no puede responder porque se llevaron los expedientes; llevo más de mes y medio solicitando un documento y la única persona encargada en todo el grupo de hacerlo, ni siquiera responde el mail y cuando hablé con él fue muy grosero. Creo que definitivamente lo tendré que hacer a través de PROFECO.
Lousy customer service, this group owned Toyota Airport when it occurred to me to buy a car there and now that they are not, if one needs a document, the agency can no longer respond because the records were taken; I have been requesting a document for more than a month and a half and the only person in charge of the whole group to do so does not even answer the mail and when I spoke with him he was very rude. I think I will definitely have to do it through PROFECO.
