Ya van dos veces que me ocurre: Pido un tipo de carne y me venden otra cosa. Pedí espaldilla de cerdo y me vendieron res. (Y se le pregunte 2 veces, que si era cerdo y me respondió el carnicero que si) Quiero comprar media pechuga de pollo sin hueso y me dicen que es muy poco, que no la pueden vender. Que mal servicio !!!

Del producto no hay queja, todo bien con el producto. El detalle es que teniendo tanto dinero la empresa Jarochos, No se pone a pensar en su personal y en su clientela, en contratar a una persona y que este al frente organizando a los clientes que llegan por que hoy que fui todos entrar por donde quieran y hay un aglomeración adentro del establecimiento que ni sus empleados ponen orden, para seguir con el protocolo de la secretaría de salud así Nunca vamos convatir el Virus (COVID-19) creo que la empresa lo único que le interesa es vender y no cuida a su personal que gracias a ellos funciona su negocio y mucho menos cuida a su clientela que es la que compra su producto

Fui a comprar queso de hebra y carnes para la semana, lo lleve a la casa y todo se acomodo en el frio y se va sacando de acuerdo a como se va requiriendo, esto fue el 11 , el 14 al sacar el queso de hebra, nos damos cuenta que tenia como moho o unas rayitas nehra pero no fue posible llevarlo inmediatamente a los Jarochos para pedir el cambio debido a nuestras actividades, hoy 15 se llevo a donde se habia comprado en la sucursal Periferica y solicite hablar con el encargado qe por suerto resulto ser el mismo que me habia cobrado y que estaba en caja el dia que compre, esxuche que le decian Luis, le comente que llevava el queso lo que tenia, y me dijo que no habia nada que hacer, que el no podia darme. Ora solucion, pedi hablar con el gerentw me dijo que era el, para esto ya tenia a otros listos para sacarme de la tienda porque estaba yo pidiendo la devolucion, otro me decia callese, y Luis me decia salgase de la tienda, por lo que pedi hablar con el gerentw general dw carniceria los jarochos y me dijeron ahorita viene la contadora, vi que hablaron por telefono y que yo esperara, al ratito se presentaron 2 personas de seguridad dw 1.80 aproximadamente dw estatura y preguntaron quien es, los empleados y Luis me señalaron y las 2 personas con sus pecheras y con la finalidad de intimidarme me dijeron cual es su problema, yo esperaba a la contadora, al gerente, y por el contrarii me mandaron a los dizque personal de swguridad para sacarme de la tienda y otro empleado yavqueria golpearme, por ultimo los de segiridad me dijeron en voz baja, ya vayase, aqui no hay cambios ni devoluciones, es lo te puedo aconsejar, , imaginate conciudadano esta es la solucion de los Jarochos, o te calmas y te vas con tu producto Dudoso o te sacamos a como de lugar, y esto no puede ser, esto tiene que intervenir alguna autorida profeco para verifixaxion o cofwpris pero no piede quesar asi, que habria pasado si yo me pongo con otra actotud dwfwndiendo mi derexho o respondiendo dw ptea fprma, lo dejo a sus xriterios y opiniones .

En la sucursal del reloj ( Av. Periférica) pésima la atención, todos los carniceros platicando y no estaban atendiendo, mi esposa y yo nos metimos porque estaba lloviendo y tienen un bajante de agua en la entrada, nos regañaron los carniceros porque nos metimos por la puerta de salida mi esposa pidió la carne y siguió el carnicero regañando la, mi esposa le dijo ya no me regañes y despachame, ya no compramos la carne de la semana, nos dirigimos para pagar yo me hice a la puerta y otra señorita que estaba en el área de la carne de pollo se acercó al cajero y apuntando me con el dedo me dijo que me saliera, mi esposa le dijo que estaba lloviendo, que está el PVC cayendo en chorro el agua, que traíamos cubrebocas que estamos guardando la sana distancia que mejor nos cobrarán para salirnos en lugar de agredirnos. La verdad pésimo servicio. Y todavía se burlan los carniceros de los clientes. Yo con NO REGRESAR es más que suficiente.
