Y por inicio a fin Incluyo su trato para con el cliente, que desde el primer contacto es por más grosero, no atiende a las necesidades y requerimientos del departamento. me entregaron el departamento con una fuga de gas, coladera del patio tapada y la regadera no funcionó por más de 6 meses y nadie la arreglaba, hasta el final no me notificó que sucedió con mi depósito, tuve que contactar al Lic. Antonio quien me comunicó que no habría reembolso alguno del importe del depósito por concepto de reparaciones del departamento. En fin, piensen bien si van a rentar por medio de ellos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta es la peor inmobiliaria de Querétaro, parece que su forma de trabajar esta bien definida, no te regresan el deposito, yo firme contrato con ellos para rentar una casa y lo renove por un segundo año, pero a la mitad del segundo periodo me orillaron a terminar el contrato y pasaron 6 meses nunca me entregaron nada del deposito alegando que las persianas estaban dañadas sin embargo, yo les entregue la casa en las mismas condiciones incluso Karla Jacobo quien fuela persona que atendió de inicio a fin me comentoque la casa estaba tal cual ella me la entregó un año y medio atrás. Cero recomendable rentar por medio de Jaicem.
