Llamas por teléfono para que alguien mas te atienda y pasa exactamente lo mismo. se disculpan pero no solucionan el problema. Deberían capacitar más a su personal y mejorar su servicio al cliente. ES INCREÍBLE COMO UNA EMPRESA CON TAN MAL SERVICIO PRESUMA DE CERTIFICACIÓN. Terrible service.
