★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aquí me toco el temblor del 19 de Sept del 2017, edificio de 21 pisos mas PH, agradable, funcional, nada fuera de lo normal, espacio ocupado como oficinas por distintas compañías. Al estar casi esquina con Insurgentes no faltan los lugares para ir a comer, desde tacos hasta restaurantes; lugares para el jueves o viernes social también están muy cerca
 Here I was touched by the tremor of September 19, 2017, a 21-story building plus PH, pleasant, functional, nothing out of the ordinary, space occupied as offices by different companies. Being almost corner with Insurgentes there is no shortage of places to eat, from tacos to restaurants; places for social thursday or friday are also very close

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy amables las chicas de recepción y los oficiales de seguridad muy respetuosos y amables. Ase como 2 años avian unas mujeres muy groseras, prepotentes y con ojos rojos ( tal vez asta drogadas estaban) delante de los visitantes hablando de hombres y que una se fuera con el que mas le de. Eso escuche yo. Pero actualmente ya no estan y ya es otra cosa muy educadas y amables como mencione a un principio.
Very friendly reception girls and very respectful and friendly security officers. As well as 2 years avian women very rude, arrogant and with red eyes (maybe until they were high) were in front of the visitors talking about men and that one should go with the one who gives him more. I heard that. But currently they are gone and it is something else very polite and friendly as I mentioned at the beginning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo visité porque un familiar trabaja en ese edificio, fue hace tiempo antes de la Pandemia y por lo menos los dos últimos temblores los ha sufrido mi familiar (piso 15?). La Torre es muy segura dada su construcción(aunque mi familiar solamente me dijo que le llegó un correo electrónico que les informaban que el edificio estaba bien) lo que sí estoy preocupado es que el sistema de ventilación por lo menos cuando yo estuve ahí es de recirculación y con esto del Covid-19 creo que no debiera de estar en servicio, a menos hayan hecho los cambios necesarios que el Gobierno de la Ciudad de México ha exigido para el personal que labora en ese edificio sea seguro sanitariamente. Y también lo que me preocupa es quien dictaminó que el edificio se encuentra en condiciones(hablando estructuralmente) de reabrir las puertas para la gente.
I visited because a family member works in that building, it was a long time before the Pandemic and at least the last two tremors have been suffered by my relative (15th floor). The Tower is very safe given its construction (although my relative only told me that an email arrived telling them that the building was fine) what I am concerned about is that the ventilation system at least when I was there is of recirculation and with this of the Covid-19 I think that it should not be in service, unless they have made the necessary changes that the Government of Mexico City has required for the personnel that works in that building to be sanitary safe. And also what worries me is who ruled that the building is in a position (structurally speaking) to reopen the doors for people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como oficinas estan bien lo univo malo es que los cajones de estacionamiento, estan reducidos y tienes que maniobrar mas mas de lo normal por que no estan correctamente distribuidos.
As offices are fine, the only bad thing is that the parking spaces are reduced and you have to maneuver more than normal because they are not correctly distributed.
