Al menos deberían contactar para cancelar e indicar que no pueden hacer el trabajo.
Tiempo perdido.
They went to my home to check the damage to my washing machine, however they have not returned or contacted me after a month.
They should at least contact to cancel and indicate that they cannot do the job.
